Overview
Anne Eckhoff leads the development and management of relationships with both new and existing Agency CMBS clients and key industry stakeholders. She works closely with broker-dealers, HUD, RHS, and FNMA multifamily originators, government-sponsored enterprises (GSEs), and other market participants to support the successful execution and growth of Agency CMBS programs.
Drawing on extensive knowledge of the Agency CMBS marketplace, Anne serves as a trusted resource for clients navigating complex capital markets transactions. She is responsible for educating broker-dealer partners on Agency CMBS platform development, market dynamics, securitization processes, and best practices across the transaction lifecycle. Her expertise also extends to back-office operations, trade documentation, compliance procedures, and operational workflows that support efficient deal execution.
